これはクレジットカードのチェックをしてるのでちょっと待ってねと言う内容みたいです。

大抵は半日も待っていればアプリのダウンロードURLとレジストコードを送ってきます。

が、なかなか送ってこない場合はメールで催促するといいかもしれません。
