Rogersの掲載している予定によるとＱ１０やＱ５などに10.3.1が正式にリリースされるのは２月中だそうです。

Rogers has now updated their upcoming OS release form that gets posted to their community forums and according to the list, all BlackBerry 10 devices they sell or have sold will be updated at some point in time this month.
